To give you time to register, change and start to unwind, we operate a prompt appointment schedule and recommend you check-in at the time agreed at point of reservation. A late arrival may mean that your treatment time is reduced or unable to be honoured.
All treatments and rituals over £50 will entitle you to use of the Zen Lounge, changing facilities, complimentary flip flops, towels and lounge suits.
